motionballU Western is a club dedicated to organizing integrated sporting and social programs with Special Olympic athletes and Western University students. As a chapter of the larger motionball organization, our events aim to promote the inclusion and well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities by introducing these athletes to Western students in a fun and supportive environment. We believe that the next generation of Canadians, today’s students and young professionals, are the future of the Special Olympics movement – with the power to raise awareness and make a meaningful difference for generations to come.

Western Knit and Crochet is a community of like-minded yarn enthusiasts. This is a place for knitters and crocheters of all skill levels to unite under a shared passion! As Western’s only filmmaking club we aim to create short films and monthly film-related zines, while working to uplift diverse voices.
