Welcome to the Nishang Club – a place where you can explore the richness and diversity of China’s ancient traditions, including the four essential skills of a scholar – qin, qi, shu, hua (琴棋书画) and the beauty of Hanfu! Our club is dedicated to promoting and preserving the cultural heritage of China through a variety of events and activities. Members can participate in workshops to learn more about Chinese instruments, play Chinese chess, participate in Hanfu dress-up parties, learn about Hanfu’s history and significance, and connect with other Hanfu enthusiasts. Through these experiences, members can develop a deeper understanding of China’s rich cultural history and gain valuable skills that can be applied in their daily lives. We look forward to meeting you and sharing the wonders of China’s ancient traditions with plenty of fascinating events.

Western Knit and Crochet is a community of like-minded yarn enthusiasts. This is a place for knitters and crocheters of all skill levels to unite under a shared passion! WKCC is an inclusive space for students interested in knitting and crocheting to form friendships and de-stress by creating anything from stuffed animals to bags and blankets.

The club invites everyone, provides all supplies needed for our monthly projects, and is a great way to get involved in the school and local community. Look forward to weekly meetings, seasonal events, and volunteer opportunities!

Campfire Circle Western is a student-run club affiliated with Campfire Circle, a camp for children with cancer. We strive to bring individuals from all different backgrounds, camp and non-camp alike, together to create a community on campus with the common goal of having fun and promoting camp spirit. Through exciting and interactive camp-themed programming like camp crafts, club socials, our annual 5k charity race, and more, we aim to raise funds and awareness for Campfire Circle while helping to put the camp in campus! The Western Association of Iranian Students is a Western club striving to provide opportunities for students to connect to and learn about Iran’s rich culture and history.
